Here is a little AIS love - we both went to the Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont, PA. The mascot being an owl. Loving these Gorjana owl stud earrings - just fun and playful to wear everyday.
Also on Shopbop.com right now - a mid-season sale. Who doesn't love a sale! Check out these suede boots - 30% off. I die for Loeffler Randall.

Line I Love: Hunter Dixon
I am a sucker for a line designed and started by young, chic friends (eh-em Dakota Martin) and Hunter Dixon is another fabulous collection created by two adorable, cute, close Southern girlfriends. Hunter is the designer and Jen is brains behind the business development.
Amazing silk blouses, skirts and dresses that won't break the bank but are still expensive enough to feel super special. I die for the Hazel Blouse.
Recently picked up by Saks, this line is on its way!

browsing around
I was just browsing around and had to post this image off of the Sartorialist. He is always takes amazing shots of real people all around the world - looking effortlessly chic. I love the animal print shoes and the red purse - what a great pop of color! Looking fabulous on the streets of Milan.
I would rock this outfit any day!

Stack it!
Stacking bracelets right now is so hot! I love the look. You can be wearing all black and just add some bracelets and look chic instantly! I was in J.Crew the other day and they have hit a home run with the jewelry department. These J.Crew bracelets would look awesome stacked up!
If you are going for this look:
Also try Beth Lauren - a great site and one of my favorite jewelry designers!

Off the reservation
I love the southwest. Some of my favorite vacations with my mom have been in Arizona - I love the prints, colors and overall feel of the Native American culture. This Free People Navajo Cardigan is the PERFECT sweater for fall. A little bit of color and a lot of comfort!

wear to work OR glam up
I love Bloomingdales for many reasons, but the wallet friendly line Aqua always gets my attention! This safari shirtdress is perfect to wear to work with flat boots and a belt, but you can instantly glam it up with heels or booties and some fun jewelry for a night out! Comes in: black and navy!
The back detail makes this playful. |

mad for plaid
Right now shopbop.com is running an online exclusive for Club Monaco. I love the Hannah coat - I have always been drawn to plaids of all types.
I love the fold over collar - so snug, but yet chic in the cold weather!

animal print
I love a little animal print. Always have, always will! I think it is hard to find a good belt these days that actually fits into your pant loops and looks good. Most are too big or too skinny (which work for different looks), but this belt is calling my name...
You can find it at jcrew.com!

Signs of an obsession...
Another vest posting!!! I am in love with the vest look this season, well really I have the fur vest look in mind! Last year I wanted one so bad, but I settled for a H and M vest, which people usually ask me where I got - score! But seeing these Intermix vests online...I can only imagine wrapping myself in one of these. I have not seen them in person - no intermix in Philly - a total crime!
Here are a couple I covet...

Vest? Yes, please....
So, I almost got this. I didn't but I still might. BCBG is such a great store and I don't think it gets enough credit. EVERY time I go into the location on 5th Ave, I end up buying something. Almost got this vest - at $168...not horrible. But don't worry - still bought more stripes!

iomoi love
Someone the other day showed me this site - Iomoi- I love it! So many cute catchy gifts. I want to get something, but what! The stationary, the trays, the canvas pillows and bags! Oh my! I would have a hard time choosing which pattern.
A Goyard knock pattern off for canvas bags here:
How fun is this monkey on your desk:
Or this leather bag with your initials delicately placed:
Check out this site - great gifts for the holidays coming up.

AKA New York
How cute is this AKA New York sweater!? We all know we are stripe obsessed! They own us 'f-girls'! This weekend is supposed to be prefect fall weather. I picture this sweater with skinny black or red pants and ballet flats - simple as that. I love the detail on the shoulder. Sort of an army bedazzled look with stripes - what more can a fashionista ask for!

That 70's "Show"
Anyone who knew me growing up, knew I went thru a weird 70s obsession. I actually had a disco ball hanging from my ceiling. Scary, I know - but there was something incredibly magical about the time period. Bright lights, throbbing music, glitzy clothing and Studio 54. I was OBSESSED.
When I came across the Elie Saab Spring 2011 collection review on Style.com, I about died. From Paris, Nicole Phelps reported, "The designer name-checked Bianca, Lauren, and Diane, and he attempted to conjure the wild nights of Studio 54 with a lineup that was long on jersey, chiffon, sequins, and the decade's requisite platform sandals." Well, it WAS gorgeous. I am a sucker for a power suit, monochromatic look complete with platforms, and Rachel Zoe had have been front row. So many red carpet looks...

Camilla Skovgaard on my mind
I do not want to make this blog a way for me to just gab on and on about my clients but when I started at my new job I worked to bring a new shoe client Camilla Skovgaard. The brand is amazing - fashion forward and progressive and I appreciate Camilla's love of craftsmanship. Take a sneak peak at my favorite style from her spring/summer 2011 collection. You saw it here first.

Top It-est accessories of the last decade
I just read on style.com the "top tens" and looked "the it-est accessories". Here is the list: Balenciaga first bag, Lanvin ballet flats, LV mulitcolor monogram bag, Apple iphone, Chanel 2.55 bag, Tom Binns necklaces, Chloe paddington bag, Christian Louboutin platform pumps, goyard saint louis tote, and Ray-Ban wayfarer sunglasses. How many of you have some of these "it" items!? How many do you still want?
A couple pictures of my favorites:
I still really want the Chanel 2.55 bag....a girl can dream!

theory classics
I recently just bought this theory shirt. I love the shirt because it's the perfect layering piece. Very chic when you want just a little white collar showing. This fall we are seeing so many sweaters - so this shirt is a staple. The button down has a little texture to it - so the collar pops just they way I like it!

new site alert!
Last night I met up with a girlfriend for a drink. She was off to a wedding and I loved her dress. She told me about this great site - theoutnet.com- where she got the adorable Thread Social dress for 60% off that she was wearing. The designer list is awesome and I am sure I will be finding some great pieces here in the near future. While the boys are watching football today be sure to check it out :)

Gloomy New York
It is gloomy here today in New York. Rain, rain - GO AWAY! All I want to do is wrap myself in cozy cotton or wool and relax in my office. This coat from Zara is amazing and exactly what I have in mind for a day like today.
